Digital wedding cards

Digital wedding cards your guests can reply to

Most digital wedding cards are a picture or a PDF you forward on WhatsApp or by email. Ours is a small website instead. Guests open it on their phone, see every event with the venue on a map, and RSVP. You see the replies in one list, with a headcount for each event.

Free to make and preview. Pay once when you share it.

A picture card or a card that works

A picture card looks nice in the chat and then disappears under a hundred messages. Guests screenshot it, zoom in to read the address, and ask you for the location anyway. When a time changes you make a new card and hope everyone sees it.

A digital wedding card on eInvite is a link. It always shows the latest details, opens the venue in Maps, and has an RSVP button.

What you get

Every template includes:

  • All your events on one schedule: the ceremony and reception, or the mehndi, nikah and walima
  • RSVP in one tap, with how many people are coming
  • Personal links for guests that show only their events
  • Maps, add-to-calendar and a countdown
  • Your own photos and music
  • A guest list you can download as a spreadsheet

Digital vs printed wedding cards: the cost

Printed cards still matter for elders and close family. For everyone else, a digital card saves the printing, the postage and the envelopes, and it reaches guests abroad the same minute. We worked through a real example in our guide to digital vs printed wedding card cost.

How to send a digital wedding card on WhatsApp

It takes one message. You don't need a new picture for every event:

  • Pick a template and add your names, events, venues and photos
  • Preview it on your phone, then publish it
  • Copy your link and send it in WhatsApp, a text or an email: it shows your photo and names as a preview
  • Send personal links to guests who are invited to only some events
  • Watch the replies arrive, with numbers for each event

Designs for every kind of wedding

Sage is sealed with wax and opened with flowers. Villa opens with a film of doors swinging onto the sea, Meadow with a garden gate at dusk, and Skyhaven with golden doors onto a castle in the clouds. Eastern is made for South Asian weddings with several events, in English, Urdu and Hindi. All of them are made for phones first.
