Many families don’t print the bride’s name. Turn off “Name on card” and the card reads “Hamza, with the daughter of Khalid Rasheed”, or in Urdu, “حمزہ ہمراہ دخترِ خالد رشید”.

Yes. Choose Urdu and type the names in Urdu. Bismillah, the date, the times and the wording switch to Urdu by themselves: the card says "بتقریبِ ولیمہ", and times are written the way people say them, like "رات 8 بجے".
Yes. Turn off "Name on card" for the bride and the card says "with the daughter of" and her father's name instead. Many families prefer this.
The groom's family, because they host the walima. So the card is from the groom's father and family and invites guests to the walima of their son.
