Refund policy

1. Before you publish: a full refund

Making and previewing invitations is free, so you can see exactly what you get before you pay. If you’ve paid for a plan and none of your invitations has been published yet, ask us and we’ll refund the full amount.

2. After you publish

Once one of your invitations has been published, your payment can’t be refunded, unless the law that applies to you requires it. Your plan stays active for all your invitations.

3. How to ask

Email helloeinvite@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 311 1438809 from the email address of your eInvite account, and tell us you’d like a refund.

When we refund you, your plan is removed from your account. Your invitations stay saved as drafts.
